The Laurels

The Laurels B&B Lodge is situated in a quiet rural area 2.5 miles from Omagh, and offers state of the art B&B accommodation at affordable prices. The Lodge has been newly built in 2011 and has all modern facilities. Your hosts at The Laurels are Joyce & Bill who have many years experience in the accommodation sector. Pinewood Lodge

Set in the shadow of the Sperrins with the American Folk Park just a short distance away, this country house, offers luxurious accommodation with tastefully decorated en-suite double bedrooms and further family room with single and double beds. Ideally located close to the Enniskillen Road in Omagh, giving easy access to Fermanagh, Sligo and Giant’s Causeway and only a ten minute walk from the town centre. An Teach Ban

An teach ban is a modern, ground floor apartment offering comfort and privacy, beautiful river and mountain views, ideal to relax and unwind. It sleeps five, consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and sunlounge / living room leading out to patio. There is an all-the-year round BBQ hut, which can seat 12 people so you can enjoy your bbq whatever the weather! As it is a ground floor apartment all on one level it is suited to those visitors with limited access mobility.

Being on an elevated site there is beautiful scenery of the surrounding countryside. It is situated approximately 14 miles from Omagh and Cookstown, and 2.5 miles from An Creagan Visitor Centre. There is the local Costcutter shop, Post Office and pub within 1 mile.

It is a secure child-friendly location with a slide, swings and climbing frame.

There is an equestrian centre nearby.

An Teach Ban is centrally located in Northern Ireland and hence easy access to many tourist attractions.Locally it is close to the historical sites of the Ogham Stone and Beaghmore Stone Circle and the visitor attractions of Ulster-American Folk Park, Gortin Glens, An Creagan Centre and Drum Manor Forest Park.

Guests may also use the computer facilities. There are 2 acres of landscaped garden for our guests to enjoy with ample car parking. The large landscaped gardens and Tattykeel Design Studio attract many visitors to this area. The gardens have featured on BBC 1 and BBC 2 and are open under The National Trust Ulster Garden Scheme. Ancestry tracing service available for those with Tyrone roots – terms available on request. Local history information with wide range of reading material for guests use. The owner is willing to act as Tour Guide in the local area.Hugh has a Masters Degree in Irish Migration Studies .

Drom Na Gainne

Drom Na Gainne is a modern house situated on the B46 in the foothills of the Sperrin mountains. The house is within minutes of An Cregan Visitor Centre, the Sperrin mountains, Drum Manor Forest and the Ulster American Folk Park.
