The cottage was the rabbit catcher’s cottage for Beltrim Castle, like Mr McGregor his job was to ensure rabbits stayed away from the vegetable garden. With the Owenkillew river running next to the cottage at Trinamadam bridge, the cottage offers a delightful get away from it all holiday yet perfectly convenient to explore all of Ulster and in easy walking distance of Gortin village offering shops, restaurants, pubs and music venues. Pet friendly, stabling for horses and salmon fishing available by prior arrangement.
