-Patio doors lead off outside from the kitchen area to a covered patio set
-To the rear of the cottage is an outdoor BBQ House (for use with disposable BBQs) complete with a sink, table and chairs
-1 mile private walk called the ‘Creggan Boreen’ which is accessed directly from the front of the property
-Living room is located adjacent to the kitchen/dining area and is complete with a TV
-Loft area is located directly above the kitchen/dining area and contains a futon bed
– 3 bedrooms in the cottage sleeping 10 guests with extra space in the loft futon
-All rooms in the cottage have Wi-Fi connection
-Private parking on-site
-Laundry facilities (washing machine/dryer & ironing) are located in an annex to the main cottage
-All linen, towels, electricity and oil fired heating are inclusive
For the Children:
-Children’s play area (fenced area includes swings, slide and monkey bars on soft playmats)
-Cot available for little guests (located in bedroom 1)
-High chair + stair gate
-Child safe fencing around premises + a gate to enclose the area
Guest access
All areas of the house, outdoor BBQ house and children’s play area are exclusively available to guests. The private walk is shared with the hosts.
There is extensive free parking at the cottage.
