Having celebrated our 50th anniversary sell-out concert in the Strule Arts Centre last spring, Omagh Music Society continues to go from strength-to-strength. Meeting weekly, our 60 or so members have put together a concert that has a distinctly American theme, including a large section of contemporary choral music from ‘across the pond’, such as the hauntingly beautiful ‘Set Me As A Seal’ by Rene Clausen, through to the more up-tempo, jazz-inspired ‘Don’t It Make My Brown Eyes Blue’. OMS being as we are, we try to have something for all tastes, so you’ll also hear some Mozart, Musical Theatre and a very up-tempo spiritual! Soloists for the night will come from within the choir family, so sit back and enjoy being thoroughly entertained by the town’s flagship choir!
